• All reservations require credit card guarantee due at time of booking.
• Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled before 4pm day of arrival.
• Refund Policy: Advance deposits are totally refundable if cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations of advance deposit reservations made within 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
• Check-in time after 3 PM.
• Check-out time before 12 noon.
• Rates subject to change.
• Smoking in Non-Smoking rooms will result in a $100 cleaning fee added to the hotel folio.
• Pet Policy - $100 refundable deposit due @ time of check in. Housekeeping inspection prior to departure must be completed for deposit to be refunded. $15 per day per pet fee.
• Extra adult fee of $10 applies to a 3rd or 4th guest.
• Adult rollaway available on a first come first serve basis at a $10.00 fee per night.
• Child rollaway available on a first come first service basis at a $10.00 fee per night.
• Crib available on a first come first serve basis.
• Complimentary Self Parking available.
